My last garden in the Gard

My last garden in the Gard
Situated in an elevated postion with far-reaching views to the north and east, the site was originally a natural pine wood where the local children used to play. There are therefore many native trees, shrubs and wildflowers (such as bee orchids) that I have retained. But the soil is poor and full of rock, so growth has been very slow and my plant choice much limited.

Front garden from spring through to autumn.
